In simple term self-believe is the individual believe towards their ability to achieve their goals. Self-believe is something which gives you the confidence to do the task and convince that you will succeed, no matter what you face, Isn't it awesome. Not only this it is the motivation allowing you to take necessary risks and face anything with positive mindset. It is the voice inside you which always remind your potential even in a worst condition.

How to cultivate believe
Self-belief can't be achieved by following steps, technique, etc, it's kind of habit. You brain will trust you if you have proven track records, eg if you got 100/100 in test definitely you will believe that the next test is going to be easy which is again your self-belief.
So at very first master a skill and after then start with a easy task, share the success story with your brain by visualizing, and while doing the next task remember the past result you got while doing that easy job, doing this will make you confident in the current task and will increase the probability of being succeed, again if you succeed feed the story to your brain. Also if you fail continue the self talk it should be something like `i will fail 1 time, 2 time, 3 time, 4 time, 5,6,7,8,9,10,.... doesn't matter but i will make it happen` by doing this you increase your self-worth, self-respect, and confident to attempt again which you know where it will take.
Always remember, when you try and try and try at the very end success is only left in the jar. If you follow above stuff correctly you will definitely gain self-belief but may take some plenty of time. During this process you shouldn't do some of this thing
Hanging around with negative mind:- People with self-doubt, self-criticism, Narcissist this kind of people do nothing in life but do many thing your life, They project their powerful negative energy to yourself which create a toxic environment to grow, So Run.
Negative self-talk:- Like `Its the first time i m doing this will it be good, what if this goes wrong, and i will do this if this happen`by doing this you are either going to underestimate or overestimate yourself-efficacy.
Enjoy the Ride:- During a ferris wheel ride you think of what i will do after i get out of this or enjoy the moment, Don't think of future think of present if you want control over future.
By eliminating these obstacles, you create a environment for personal growth and the development of strong self-belief.
