MindFulness
You may have experience this before:- a situation where your mind says nothing to your surrounding things, it only observe what's going on, you probably have experienced that. Still confused what i m talking about, if so remember the last time when you took a nap and after you wake up you felt like something awesome wright, I'm talking about that. That state is called mindfulness, remembered something well at that situation you felt like peacefulness, gratitude, ..,etc wright. What if you fell such kind of positive emotions every time, To know what positive change will happen first lets know what are the advantages of it.
Advantages of mindfulness
Mindfulness have several psychological as well as physiological effects including decrease in stress, depression, anxiety, increasing quality of sleep, reducing Inflammation on body, improving immune functionality, Structure Neuroplasticity, improved in Emotional state, etc.
Moreover it can help you to stop overthinking, quieting bad habits including smoking just by practicing mindfulness. If you can't focus on study just practice this for a while and you will notice that your mind is now relaxed and calm. Many corporations use this technique to improve the employee performance on his/her work.

How to practice MindFulness
As we discussed there are several effects of mindfulness on our body, so the question is how to do this. There are some steps to perform this at very first you should be sure that it can't be learned with in a given frame of time, it take practice and effort, so be patient and follow the given steps.
- Stay in relaxed position, Any-position you comfortable with.
- Focus on your breath.
- While focusing, focus how you are breathing [while inhaling feel the contraction]
- Repeat the process again & again.
You may thinking about how long should i practice it, is it like meditation 30 min a day. Well the answer depends on you. Usually i do this when i feel frustrated, stressed out, feeling low or else, and i do till i'm not normal.
Meditation
Mediation is the kind of updated version of mindfulness, In mindfulness we used to observe around and think without passing any judgement. But in meditation the whole aim is to do nothing, means nothing not even thinking of things around. According to psychological definition of meditation, It is the state of mind where a individual focus on his/her mind to eliminate the unnecessary thought result in achieving a state where your mental clarity and emotional state is too calm. After achieving the state that i described you are full of positive emotion.
Advantage of mediation
As we already described the advantages of mindfulness, Meditation too have its own advantages like cultivating mindfulness.
Some common advantage of meditation are reducing stress, depression, anxiety, improving sleep-quality, promoting neuroplasticity and overall well-being. Also it helps increase self-awareness[3rd person view], increase sense of inner peace, reducing overthinking, etc, Overly it develop strong connection with your's self.
How to practice mediation
You all may be familiar with the steps for meditation, it involves several steps similar to mindfulness
- Sit in comfortable position, straight your back and head up.
- After that touch all 5 fingers with opposite hands finger, after awhile you will feel pressure in your finger.
- Feel the pressure, Repeat and repeat.
Note:- While doing this multiple thoughts may occur and which may disturb you. But the whole meaning of meditation is to hold you unnecessary thought. Start with 2-5 min at beginning and expand as time goes.
Also after achieving the state instately, you can move to next step meditating during lying down, sitting on a chair, while traveling, and even walking, etc.
Mindfulness and meditation can profoundly affect your mental and emotional state, helping you cultivate a more peaceful and balanced life.
